Gluten-free fondant: a vegan killer by @byflorab
“How to say … this gluten-free fondant cake is just … amazing!” One of the best I have eaten ???? and this is due to the @lanoixtigree tigernut flour that I was able to discover and test and that I had told you about. Wonderful discovery. That taste in this set, along with the peanut butter, maple syrup and chocolate chips, it’s just sheer madness. My taste buds were in ecstasy, in taste discovery of this set of flavors which just form a perfect and delicious marriage ????. The texture is crazy, a soft fondant, which is also due to this flour I think. So I rarely post specific flour recipes. But if you have a chance to test this. Don’t change the recipe and taste it for me.
Gluten free, vegan, no mg or added sugars. So greedy. I’m crazy about it! ”
