7 tablespoon coco nut oilfondue

7 tablespoon vegetable milk

150g of small spelled flour

2 pinch of raspberry

1 pinch of raisinsecs

2 tablespoon baking soda

1 teaspoon

1 pinch of vanilla

Use of tiger nut nut instead of oatmeal.

In your salad bowl, pour the nutsedge flakes and flour, then add the milk, sugar and melted oil. And mix. |

Add the vanilla, baking powder and lastly the apple cider vinegar to create a foam. |

Then add the thawed (or fresh) raspberries and the grapes and mix again. |

Divide the dough into your muffin cups. Bake for 20/25 minutes at 180. |
