Start beating the eggs and sugar until you get a soft mixture. |

Add the flour, salt, baking powder, yogurt and oil and beat at minimum speed for a few seconds. |

Add the tiger nut pulp, grated lemon and mix with a spatula. |

Pour the dough into the greased mold and bake it in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Let cool and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar. |
