Pour la courge

Cut the butternut in 2 (lengthwise), hollow out

Make grids using a knife, brush with 2 tbsp of oil + spices

Bake for 40min at around 200 ° C

cook the quinoa & the lentils. Drain & mix everything together.

add the minced garlic, the grapes

Pour the PST into a bowl, cover with water. Heat in the microwave for 1min, let swell for 5min.

Drain the PST, cook it with 1 tbsp of oil, at the end of cooking add: soy sauce + miso (optional)
