ADVICE:

Tiger nuts are naturally sweet and even more sweet after a night of soaking. No need to sweeten the preparation. But you can add a mixture of dried fruits and oleaginous in the morning to give a little crunchy side! Tigernut fibers become crunchy like that of coconut after soaking. They won’t fluff like oats. Full of minerals and proteins to start your day
