Here is a tiger nut recipe that is quite easy to make when you have strawberries or other fruits that have been forgotten in your fridge!
The recipe is super tasty while having a low ig.
We used classic tigernuts flour, but you can also use extra fine!

Preheat the oven to 170 °c. |

For the cake onlyPrepare the cake batter: mix the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients. To mix together. Leave besides. |

Grease the mold (s). |

For the crumble onlyMake the crumble: mix the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix with your fingertips, making small pieces. |

Pour the batter into the mold. Arrange the roughly cut strawberries, laying them out lightly for the most part. The goal is to keep them on top of the cake under the crumble. But we can put them in the dough if preferably there is as in the photo. Then place the crumble. |
